Service Included

  • All Inland transfer in Nepal and Tibet with land rover and through delivery truck
  • Everest peak permit for 65 days
  • Liaison Officer and and interpreter.
  • Hotel en-route to BC and return (best available hotels)
  • Full board camping overnight in BC (Dinning, Kitchen, Guests, Toilet, Shower and sleeping tents in BC)
  • 3 kitchen staffs for 10 person in the group and 4 staffs for above 10 person in the group.
  • 4 Yaks service per climber from Everest BC to ABC and 3 for returning to BC
  • Insurance for the bc staffs and their salary and equipment allowance,
  • Hotel accommodation during the stay in Kathmandu in bed and breakfast basis.

Service Included

  • Tents and Climbing equipment after BC
  • Oxygen cylinder (USD 450 per 4 litre cylinder) and Mask/Regulator (USD 350 per set)
  • Travel, accidental insurance and rescue services if needed.
  • Sherpa climbing assistant USD 3250 per person (includes salary and equipments)
  • Visa: For Nepal US$ 30, Tibet USD 26 (rush fee USD 17) will be applicable if visa needed within one visa processing day.
  • Duty Jeep Fee.
  • International flight
  • International airport tax (Rs 1100/- about US$ 15) in Kathmandu Airport.
  • Meals except Trekking, Personal expenses like coke, bier etc.
  • Tips: about US$ 50

Additonal cost for Permit process

  • Custom clearance 28% of the actual value for Consumable goods (like food, dry food etc)
  • Custom deposit 35% of the actual value for re exportable good (like satellite phone, walkie talkie, tents, climbing gears etc), deposit will be refunded while departing from Kathmandu.
  • Satellite Rental Fee about USD 750 (per set) and walkie talkie (if needed).
